Our Coffee

We serve Equator Estate Coffees, which is one of the premier artisan coffee roasters in the world, and they just happen to be local. We developed our own organic blend with the input of many of our most loyal customers, our staff, and the owners and staff of Equator Estate Coffees. The coffee is always roasted fresh within 24 hours of our order. Our blend is a darker roast, with rich and complex flavors, and slightly viscous and full bodied. Our coffee is drip served, which imparts the most subtle characteristics of the coffee to the drinker. Of course you can have your coffee any way you like, from double mocha, latte’s with a shot of vanilla, or for the purist a cup of intense, flavorful espresso with just the right amount of crème.

Our roaster personally selects beans from grower in Central and South America and acquires fine beans from Indonesia and Africa.

We encourage you to try the coffee or espresso without any added sweeteners because they are naturally sweet and balanced if prepared properly. Similar to wine, coffee and espresso can yield many different flavors such as chocolate, nut, caramel, floral, berry, and citrus.

Teas

We serve the finest teas from Master tea blenders Harney and Sons. We serve black tea, green, herbal and specialty blends like Yerba Mate. We find these teas to be aromatic and wonderful.

Wines

We offer top notch wines from our local area as well as around the world. You may enjoy wines by the glass or bottle. In appreciation of our Sonoma County wine growers we offer customers free corkage when you bring your own bottle of Sonoma County wine.
