Sebastian Ross - General Manager

Say hello to Sebastian—our fearless General Manager with over a decade of hospitality magic under his belt! Starting as a barista at 17, he’s worked his way up through nearly every role, making sure every guest feels like family.

Most recently, Sebastian led the exciting transition from counter service to table service here at Sunflower, all while keeping that cozy, welcoming vibe we’re known for. He’s passionate about making every event (and every coffee) an experience to remember, and he’s here to make sure your time with us is as unforgettable as the sunshine-filled days on our patio.

Melissa Cameron – Executive Chef

Meet Melissa, our culinary wizard with over 20 years of restaurant industry experience—and a true passion for creating unforgettable food! Trained as a pastry chef, she’s the mastermind behind not only our mouthwatering menu but also her own baking business, crafting gorgeous cakes for every occasion.

When she’s not whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, you’ll find her exploring new places, dining at the best spots, or enjoying a well-deserved glass of wine. And at home? She’s living her best life with her husband and business partner Aaron Mills and adorable French bulldog, Louie, by her side.

Jamie Lunney – Event Coordinator

With nearly 20 years in hospitality, Jamie is our in-house expert in pulling off seamless events and managing the kind of organized chaos that makes magic happen. From intimate celebrations to big corporate bashes, she thrives on turning ideas into experiences—and making sure every guest leaves smiling.

Jamie brings heart, humor, and serious know-how to every event she touches (even if she never takes herself too seriously). Behind the scenes, she’s the calm in the storm and the friendly face making sure no detail gets overlooked.

When she’s off the clock, Jamie is usually out chasing sunshine with her husband and two daughters—camping, hiking, skiing, or jumping into the nearest lake. She’s also a dedicated school volunteer and PTO committee champ, keeping life eventful in all the best ways.
